Opening Date Confirmed for Adam Sheridan's New Salisbury Veterinary Centre

Pet owners across Salisbury will not have much longer to wait as Adam Sheridan has confirmed the opening date for his highly anticipated new veterinary practice.

Sheridan White Vets will officially open its doors on 15 June 2026 at Unit 2, Woodford Centre, Old Sarum, with bookings already being accepted ahead of launch day.

The announcement marks the latest chapter in a remarkable community-backed journey that began earlier this year when Adam Sheridan revealed he was leaving his previous role and planned to establish an independent veterinary practice of his own. The announcement sparked an overwhelming response from local pet owners, with thousands of pounds raised through crowdfunding to help bring the project to life.

In March, Sheridan said he hoped to create an independent, community-focused practice offering affordable veterinary care for local families and their pets. Supporters responded in their hundreds, helping fund equipment, renovations and the costs associated with launching a new clinic.

Now, after months of preparation and renovation work, the practice is ready to welcome its first patients.

Sharing the news on social media, Sheridan described the announcement as "the news everyone has been waiting for" and confirmed that appointments can now be booked before the official opening.

The new practice will operate from Unit 2, Woodford Centre in Old Sarum and is expected to serve pet owners from Salisbury, Amesbury, Wilton and surrounding villages.

The opening represents a significant milestone not only for Sheridan but also for the many local residents who backed the project from its earliest stages.

When the fundraising campaign launched earlier this year, Sheridan said his aim was to create a veterinary practice built around strong principles, accessible care and close community ties. The strength of public support highlighted the reputation he had built among local pet owners during his career in the area.

With the opening date now confirmed, many of those supporters will finally be able to see the project become reality.

Sheridan White Vets opens on Monday, 15 June 2026, and prospective clients can contact the practice directly to register or arrange appointments ahead of launch day.
