The new clinic described as a community-focused veterinary centre aimed at providing accessible and affordable care has already received more than £39,000 in public donations through an online crowdfunding campaign. Supporters have contributed towards essential equipment, renovation costs and the setup of the new premises.
In a recent social media update, Sheridan shared that building and preparation work is now ongoing, marking a major step forward in bringing the project to life.
The announcement has again attracted supportive messages from local residents and pet owners, many of whom praised Sheridan’s commitment to animal welfare and community care.

The independent practice is expected to offer a range of veterinary services while maintaining a strong emphasis on compassionate and affordable treatment for local families and their pets.
Hundreds of supporters have continued to follow updates on the project since the fundraiser launched earlier this year after Sheridan announced he had left his former practice due to differences in principles with management.
Further updates on opening dates and services are expected in the coming months.
