English Tourism Week Tours: Discover Salisbury’s History

To celebrate English Tourism Week, Salisbury City Council is hosting a series of guided walking tours in Salisburythroughout March.

These 90-minute tours, led by the knowledgeable Salisbury City Guides, provide fascinating insight into the city’s rich heritage, famous landmarks, and hidden stories.

These tours are ideal for both locals and tourists who want to explore the history and beauty of Salisbury.

New Market Place Stage Showcasing Local Talent

A brand-new community stage in Salisbury Market Place will launch on Saturday 14 March and run until 25 April 2026.

Organised by Salisbury City Council, this six-week event will give local performers, schools, students, businesses, and community groups the chance to showcase their talent in the heart of the city.

The free stage programme aims to bring live entertainment to Salisbury’s city centre and create a vibrant space for residents and visitors to gather, watch performances, and support local creativity.


Guildhall Wedding Fair Salisbury 2026

Couples planning their big day can visit the Guildhall Wedding Fair in Salisbury on:

Sunday 19 April 2026
11am – 3pm

Held inside the magnificent Grade II listed Salisbury Guildhall*, the event is free to attend and features a wide range of wedding suppliers including:
