Salisbury Community Group Seeks Local Business Support for Free Christmas Activities Day

A Salisbury community organisation is calling on local businesses to help support a free Christmas Community Activities Day planned for Saturday 12 December 2026.

Connections Recovery Salisbury CIC is organising the event to bring people together during the festive season, offering an opportunity for adults to connect with others and enjoy welcoming community activities.

The not-for-profit Community Interest Company supports adults experiencing loneliness, social isolation and challenges associated with recovery. Through its work, the organisation aims to help people build connections and feel more involved in their local community.

Christmas can be a difficult time for people who feel isolated or lack a strong support network. Community activities can provide valuable opportunities to meet others, develop friendships and feel part of something positive.

The planned activities day aims to create a friendly and inclusive environment where people can come together and enjoy time with others. Further details about the activities will be announced once arrangements have been confirmed.
