Crimestoppers is offering a £20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for Graham Pennycook's murder near Perham Down.
A £20,000 reward is being offered for information that could help detectives identify and bring to justice the person responsible for the murder of 64-year-old Graham Pennycook in Ludgershall.
Crimestoppers, the independent charity, has announced the reward as Wiltshire Police continue their investigation into Graham's death.
Graham was walking his dog in woodland near Perham Down on September 24, 2026, when detectives believe he was assaulted.
According to police, Graham had been following a familiar walking route and had been out with his dog for approximately 40 to 45 minutes before the attack.
His dog later returned home without him, and Graham's body was subsequently discovered in the woodland that same day.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses and anyone who may have information that could help establish what happened.
The £20,000 reward is being offered by Crimestoppers for information provided directly to the charity that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for Graham's murder.
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Walker said investigators believe Graham had been walking with his dog along a route he knew well before he was attacked.
He urged anyone who may have witnessed unusual activity or seen anyone acting suspiciously near the polo ground at Perham Down on the morning of September 24 to come forward.
The appeal is particularly focused on people who were in the area that morning and may have seen something that could assist the investigation, even if it initially appeared insignificant.
