Former world No.1 doubles player Jamie Murray has spoken candidly about life changes following the end of his marriage, as he prepares to take on a new role as a BBC pundit during Wimbledon.

The retired tennis star, brother of three-time Grand Slam champion Andy Murray, recently confirmed that he had separated from his wife Alejandra after 15 years together. Reports suggest the pair quietly ended their marriage before Jamie returned to public life and new broadcasting duties.

Murray, who announced his retirement from professional tennis earlier this year, is set to remain heavily involved in the sport through television coverage and other media projects during this year's Wimbledon Championships.

The 40-year-old enjoyed a highly successful doubles career, winning seven Grand Slam titles, including Wimbledon mixed doubles crowns in 2007 and 2017. He also reached world No.1 in doubles in 2016 and represented Great Britain in numerous Davis Cup campaigns.

Away from the court, Jamie has reportedly begun a new chapter in his personal life following the split, with reports claiming he has joined celebrity dating app Raya. Despite the changes, Murray remains focused on his growing media career and continuing involvement in British tennis.

His younger brother Andy Murray has also embarked on new ventures since retiring from professional tennis, including coaching and digital media projects, ensuring the Murray family remains at the centre of British tennis.
